SANDWICHING MACHINE:-

 

The FOODMAC make AUTOMATIC BISCUIT CREAM SANDWICHING MACHINE has been designed to sandwich a wide range of biscuit shells. Designed for efficient economic operation, the FOODMAC machine is available in high speed models FS-700 WC with R-5/6 L attachment. The high percentage of standard material used ensuring that all parts comes in contact with biscuit or cream are unaffected by corrosion or contamination.

OPERATION:-

Base shells are fed via an inclined hopper chute onto the needle pushing chain conveyor. Accurate location of the biscuit shells on the conveyor enable the correct shape and quantity of cream deposited by WIRE-CUT from the cream drum as the base biscuit passes beneath the nozzles. Cream topped base biscuits then pass beneath the second chute from which the top biscuit is deposited to form the sandwich. The sandwich passes under the adjustable pressure device prior to stacking and sandwich biscuits are enter into R-5/6 L (Right Angle 5/6 Lanes) attachment to discharge onto cooling conveyor in 5/6 lanes in STACKED FORM for easy manually packing ON-EDGE or feeding onto FLOW WRAPPING MACHINES. The machine is provided with PRODUCT SENSOR / MACHINE STOP DEVICE i.e. the machine automatic detects missing biscuits & shuts itself OFF as well as conveyor unit to avoid discontinuity in rows. To avoid accident in running all moving parts are duly covered with TRANSPARENT GLASS covers.

 

 

The machine is fitted with fully adjustable chutes and tracks to enable biscuits of varying sizes to be accommodated with in the size range. The only change parts needed are nozzles for changing from one size of biscuit to another - the track is adjustable by spring loaded knob screws.
